Webplayer for IPTV
We offer a webplayer, that should work in any web browser. This is great for Windows/Mac and VR headsets, as we have VR content.
Please note: the webplayer is limited to the codecs that are built into your browser. This determines what video formats can be played. This is not something that can be fixed, so expect some content not to play. Currently only Microsoft Edge has support for AC3 and Dolby Atmos on Windows, so only that browser can play newer movies and TV shows. We would recommend Microsoft Edge for PC, Safari 10+ on Mac and the Oculus Browser for Oculus headsets (no ac3 support, but all VR videos are binaural stereo).

Troubleshooting
If you have issues logging in please try the following:
- Check if your device is connecting to the internet. Youtube is usually preinstalled, so that’s an easy way to check if the box has internet access.(Please note because a different device, like your phone or laptop, has internet doesn’t mean your box does)
- Ensure you have typed the username and password correctly. All test details we send will always be working.
